Manuela Nocker joined the School in September 2006. She holds a PhD in Organisational Psychology from the London School of Economics and has been educated at the University of Padova/Italy and at the University of Exeter, UK.

Bill Gleave joined the school in July 2006. Prior to this he was a lecturer in geography at Canterbury College while also working on his PhD in economic geography at Canterbury Christ Church University where he also undertook teaching responsibilities.
