Gaofetoge Ntshadi Ganamotse
[Thesis: Evidence Based Practices: Using Externally Generated Research Results To Inform and Improve Technology Incubator Performance]
Ntshadi is currently enrolled for a PhD in Entrepreneurship. She holds an MSc Entrepreneurship and Business Management (University of Bedfordshire), BEd (Bolton University), Advanced Diploma in Co-operative Management, D32 and D33 (UK). She has also been a Master Trainer for the 'Start and Improve Your Business' programme in Botswana since 1995.
Doctoral research outline
The research will use qualitative and quantitative data collection methodologies to examine take up of externally generated research results (technology transfer) and how the results could be used to improve performance and facilitate organisational learning in an incubation environment (evidence based Practice). It will specifically focus on issues of measurement of the impact of technology transfer on incubator performance.
