Anis graduated from Charted Institute of Transport (UK) with a Bachelor of Business Administration and accomplished her Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) at University of Tun Abdul Razak (UNITAR). She had work experience as a CEO for construction, retail and manufacturing companies, also a teacher, lecturer and facilitator for businesses and entrepreneurs. Currently she works as a Project Manager for Career and Training Development at Department of Polytechnic and Community Colleges, Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia.   

Doctoral research outline

The study is to compare the CEOs and MLMs from the aspects of entrepreneur attributes including leadership attitudes, entrepreneurial leadership and the awareness of the significance of technology knowledge and skills. The study will provide some useful feedback to reduce the gap of understanding the management and entrepreneurial leadership of SMEs with e-commerce.
