The MSc in International Marketing and Entrepreneurship at the School of Entrepreneurship and Business (SEB) is concerned with critical aspects of marketing strategy, customer-centred business activity and entrepreneurial management as they apply to different types of organisations in varying stages of formation, development or growth in different international and cultural environments.
The programme brings together key concepts from the two distinctive areas of International Marketing and Entrepreneurship. The programme provides a foundation in the concepts of entrepreneurship and the development of entrepreneurial culture in organisations and policy linking it to issues concerning the international business environment. This international, entrepreneurial context provides the backdrop for detailed insights into international marketing strategy and management. The different aspects from entrepreneurship, wider business environment and international marketing issues related to products and services are examined with reference to new ventures and entrepreneurial public and private sector organisations that are managing change processes in varying stages of development.
The programme should be of interest to graduates aiming for a career in international marketing and to others with a particular interest in developing their own entrepreneurial ventures in an international context and therefore needing the knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurship and international marketing issues.
