John joined e2v technologies in 1999 to strengthen its position in the imaging market sector, subsequently taking full responsibility for its global sales and distribution activities in April 2001, and more recently the marketing communications function in June 2003. John has extensive UK and US-based senior sales management and business development experience in the component and broader technology sectors, gained at Thomson-CSF (now Atmel), GEC-Plessey Semiconductors and Hughes Microelectronics.
