Enterprise Community
SEB is developing strong links between industry, government and higher education. It has set up its own networking organisation, the ‘Crystal Room’, which has begun to establish a network of key stakeholders involved in the promotion of entrepreneurship and innovation in the region.
SEB has also established an Enterprise Fellowship Scheme, which has brought together some of the best known international names in entrepreneurship and business research, industry practitioners, business angels and venture capitalists, and policy-makers, from around the globe, to support the work of the School, its staff and students.
More recently SEB launched its own Venture Academy to support the prospect of start-up and early stages of a new venture, through introduction to business angels, venture capitalists and finance houses. It adds value by making available mentoring support and access to its range of short courses and management development programmes.
The Academy reflects SEB’s commitment to fostering entrepreneurship or new venture creation and growth.
